Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with order number as proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.spiritbomb@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Turnaround Time
Please note our turnaround time for items that are preorders (stated in the item listing) is roughly 2-4 weeks based off how busy our suppliers are at the time of ordering the items to be produced. If you are unhappy with the wait time or are waiting longer than expected please contact us at info.spiritbomb@gmail.com and we will be able to cancel the purchase order and issue a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If an item is defective please contact us at info.spiritbomb@gmail.com and briefly explain the issue with the item, a photograph of the defective or damaged item is also recommended as this will prove your item is damaged or defective and we will refund the value of the item(s) or can be replaced at buyers preference. A photograph will also help us improve on quality control and inspection on our end.
Lost or Stolen Items
All items excluding International are shipped with tracking, if an item states as being delivered and is not present we would ask to wait a few days as the tracking updates are not always accurate. If 2 business days have passed and the item has not been delivered please contact us @ info.spiritbomb@gmail.com. From there we will work with you on finding the lost item as it may have failed to deliver and was returned and we will work out a replacement or redelivery.
